A personal Physician who will give consultation through a combination of home visits and virtual consultations covering medical and care needs.
The Dietician would provide a customized diet plan for Nutrition benefits and will also monitoring to establish healthy eating habits.
A well-ness expert who will use various, participating engagement techniques and education sessions aimed at motivation and well-ness towards psychological well-being.
A Geri Coach will do a weekly monitoring call and share weekly / monthly health status reports. He will share an incident report with the Health Manager in case of any abnormal values so that the same can be addressed.
